Would you suggest 2 professor's LOR's or at least 1 work related LOR for universities like Upenn with LOR limit of 2, since I have 2 years work exp, I'm doubtful about the expectation of the admission committee, wouldn't they want to know my professional competence too?

Anavipatel55, If you see the admits for UPenn CIS, most of them are folks who got it directly after undergrad. They want to look at your academic achievements only. Schools such as Courant are work ex specific.
